As we all know, such practices are grossly unfair, unjust, non-productive and only leads to more poverty. More poverty leads to more crime, which leads to even more problems for the average city and it's taxpayers. Our philosophy is simple and straightforward; "Minority Inclusion Is The Best Solution". Let's not kid ourselves, everybody knows that the land development and construction Industries need a lot of work when it comes to the consistent hiring of qualified minority labor forces. There are a few signs of progress but not much has changed over the decades when it comes to certain unethical practices that continue to purposefully exclude the participation of qualified African Americans, Native American Indians and Latino workers among others.
We can't stop this terrible practice across the board but at least we can continue to work towards the increase in hiring and training of minority work forces within the parameters of the projects we manage. We can also continue to help educate those executives who may not be aware that certain discriminatory practices may be prevalent right within their own corporations.
We welcome partnerships and collaborations with established non-minority developers, builders and contractors as a part of our corporate policy and strategy to increase minority participation within the multi-billion dollar development world.
