Ralph H. Faulkner, Jr., is an Independent Consultant in both the profit and non-profit, business and healthcare industry who continues to be an advocate for the medically under-served, uninsured and under-insured populations. With over 15 years of industry related administrative services, Mr. Faulkner has recently teamed up with Build Management, LLC to provide experienced planning, development, expert guidance and management skills on behalf of various new "Minority Health Care" related projects.

His uniquely personal style with a genuine passion that Ralph brings to the industry in both the business and healthcare arena was first noticed when he began a mentorship under the tutelage of his mentor, the late James G. This mentorship began Ralph's productive plunge into the healthcare arena and has resulted in Ralph's fifteen-year, independent commitment to establish and/or improve access to better healthcare within urban communities across the nation and abroad.

During his tenure with Cleveland Neighborhood Health Services and Total Healthcare HMO, Ralph worked on various "Special Projects" geared towards the research and development of healthcare shortage areas and conducted several feasibility studies in an effort to identify new healthcare access points.

Prior to and after the passing of his mentor, Ralph's hunger and determination to continue on this journey resulted in him becoming an independent consultant and has led to several initiatives and accomplishments. Such accomplishments as a healthcare advocate include but are not limited to:

  • Massillon, Ohio's designation as a Medically Under-served area (MUA) and Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA)
  • Northeast Canton, Ohio's designation as a Medically Under-served area (MUA) and Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA)
