SUMMARY:

Ms. Bednay earned her Masters Degree in City Planning from the University of Southern California, USC in 1998 and has managed several elite developments. Roughly nine years combined experience with project (case) management in city planning, real estate development, plan review and some comprehensive city planning. Work history includes analyzing and managing real estate entitlement requests, researching parcel history, entitlement report writing, presenting report findings to city Boards of Adjustment, Design Review Boards, Planning and Zoning Commissions as well as chairing public meetings. More than eight years combined administrative work including management experience. Software proficiency includes; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,

Having successfully met the goals of her 2000 five year plan, Dayna's current five year plan, commencing in 2005, includes actively perusing a leadership role within a real estate development organization as well as acquiring her Project Management Certification from PMI.
